All services (except Beachfront Bootcamps) can be purchased through our Store. The Beachfront Bootcamp classes must be purchased through the Class Pricing page. 


Beachfront Bootcamps

Our Beachfront Bootcamp classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting in June, with morning classes at Lakewood Park and evening classes at Osborne Park. Our classes will be both fun and challenging, utilizing our wide variety of exercise equipment to give you a full body workout each time! Classes will be held rain or shine, so come prepared with your sunscreen and/or rain jacket! Don't let a rainy day stop you from working out and reaching your goals - as they say, "bad weather builds character". The only reason we may need to cancel a class is if the weather is threatening enough to keep us indoors. If this happens we will notify participants as soon as possible via our social media pages and email chain.

Come get stronger, leaner, and more defined with us this summer while enjoying great views of Lake Erie! Beachfront Bootcamps can be purchased and scheduled online underneath the Classes tab.

Body Comp Testing & Nutrition Coaching

In addition to bootcamp classes, we also offer Body Composition Testing and Nutrition Coaching. BC Testing includes taking measurements of weight, height, body fat percentage, circumference measurements, and progress photos (optional). After testing is finished, we will go over the results with you and help guide you in the right direction for achieving your fitness goals. Nutrition Coaching includes analysis of your current diet regime and advice on what needs improvement. We will also guide you in using MyFitnessPal to find your target calories, macronutrients, and to track your daily meal intake. Nutrition Coaching will include tips on reading nutrition labels, taking supplements and meal timing. We recommend getting BC Testing done every 4-6 weeks to continuously track progress, and doing Nutrition Coaching at least 1-2 times until you have the hang of it yourself. After you have purchased Body Composition Testing and/or Nutrition Coaching, we will contact you to set up your appointment(s).


Powerlifting Coaching

Here at Iron Swell, we have a knack for strength and a passion for seeing our clients grow stronger (literally). Coach Kelsie has competed in powerlifting since 2015, setting a total of 7 State Records, competing at USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals, and winning multiple 1st place awards in her division. She has also coached many clients, both young and old, through powerlifting competitions both at the local and national level. She holds two different powerlifting certifications - NCCPT/USPA Certified Powerlifting Instructor and USAPL Club Level Powerlifing Coach. We can either coach you at a local gym in the Cleveland, OH area or we can coach you online via video chat and weekly email check-ins. We encourage all who are interested in becoming stronger to give powerlifting a try! This sport is fun for everyone and will give you a sense of community among your fellow, friendly competitors. Please contact us if you are interested in this service as price will vary client to client depending on the different coaching options.


SWELL Downloadable Training Templates

Can't join us at the beach for bootcamps, but still want to be a part of the Iron Swell Co. team? We've got you covered!

We are working on building some awesome training templates for you guys that will be accessible for download anywhere in the world. Our SWELL Performance templates will be geared towards athletes looking to improve their athletic performance, while our SWELL Fit templates will be for the everyday person interested in following a guided workout program that is well-rounded for improving strength, muscle definition, endurance, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Along with the templates, we will also have exercise video demonstrations uploaded to our YouTube page that you can view to learn exactly how to perform any exercise that we prescribe you. It will almost be as good as having a personal trainer there with you, for far less cost and more convenience! Read below for more information.


SWELL Performance

SWELL Performance templates will be created with the athlete in mind. Whether you wake, skate, surf, or play a traditional team sport, we are creating a workout program that is designed to improve your performance and increase your athletic potential. Workouts will push you to become stronger, faster, explosive and more powerful. We will also improve your mobility, teach you proper body mechanics, and guide you in general nutrition and recovery techniques. While it's not required, we do recommend anyone who uses our SWELL Performance templates to own or have access to an Indo Board as some of the exercises included in the workouts will use a balance board.



SWELL Fit templates will be created for any person that is looking to improve their general fitness by becoming stronger, building muscle, increasing their flexibility, and improving their muscular endurance and cardiovascular health. While weight loss is a possible bonus to using these workouts, that is not our primary goal with the SWELL Fit templates. We want to encourage our SWELL Fit clients to not just live by the number on the scale, but to focus on seeing improvements in their health, fitness and body composition as a whole. Anyone and everyone can use these templates, as they will be built around the anatomical, compound human movements of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
